We are retired public school educators (former science teachers) with a vigorous commitment to preserving and protecting our environment.  We "discovered" cork on a  post-retirement trip to Portugal.  The more we learned the more impressed we became with this incredible natural material.  Cork is sustainable, light-weight, soft, durable, water and abrasion resistant.  Cork forests harbor remarkably high biodiversity and are effective carbon dioxide filters for our planet.  We knew we had to find a way to create a cork connection from Portugal to North Texas.

Since our humble beginnings in early 2017, we have steadily added more products and designs to our collections.  We remain steadfastly committed to use only sustainably sourced Portuguese cork.  We currently work with direct source producers from different regions of Portugal.
